It is 60 minutes of dynamic set of poses that will move through the power of inhaling and exhaling. It starts from a warm up, followed by standing, balancing and sitting series and finishes with a lovely relaxing Savasana - Dead Body Pose. Sessions are for all levels. I’ll be giving the options to modify or to challenge the pose so everyone could find their practice comfortable, steady and nourishing.
